The Strides in Development of Medical Education Journal (SDME) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal and its purpose is providing an accurate and fair critical review of all submitted manuscripts.

To ensure the correct review process, the following are seriously considered:


  •   All manuscripts are considered to be confidential. They are peer-reviewed by at least 2 anonymous reviewers selected by the Editorial Board.
  •    All reviewers are selected according to their expertise and are blinded to the authors' identities and their affiliations.
  •         All communications regarding a manuscript will be done only between the journal office and the designated corresponding author.
  • The corresponding author is notified as soon as possible of the editor's decision to accept, reject, or modify
